Come and have a workshop with an award winning baker in a charming bijou cookery school housed in a tile-hung cottage in beautiful Brockham. From classic cookery, bread-making, Duke of Edinburgh, food styling, Children's workshops, pasta cook together/eat together workshop there is something for all ages and interests.
Want bread from the award-winning microbakery? Join my weekly list, order and pick it up. My bread is hand-made and as a member and supporter of the Real Bread campaign it will always be preservative and additive free. Special orders are taken if you have an event coming up, so just get in contact.
I also work out and about in schools, community projects and am available for demonstrations in all aspects of cookery. Previous sessions have included Healthy Eating workshops in primary and secondary schools and working with those in supported living. I run Cook Together groups on a monthly basis aimed at bringing people together.
For 14 Years and over, I offer Duke of Edinburgh cooking sessions and as a qualified Food and Nutrition teacher underpin all my lessons with health eating and the importance of balance. All session are practical in-person with me.
In half-term there are workshops for younger children and during the summer a week of activities. These will be published on the website and dates will first release on my Instagram page.
Finally, there will be two-day cooking for uni course which will take place at the beginning and right at the end of the summer holidays.
My ethos is very simple Cook, Teach, Share, Eat
